Tender description

Flagship Group entered into a contract for the provision of Internal Audit Services for a period of three years covering financial years 2024/25, 2025/26 and 2026/27 with the option to extend for two further one-year periods i.e. a maximum overall contract term of five years. Our Group is seeking Internal Audit suppliers to work with our Governance, Audit & Risk Committee in producing an annual internal audit plan and to carry out the agreed audits to provide assurance in respect of Flagship’s internal controls and risk management framework. Flagship Group invites you to submit a Tender for the provision of Internal Audit Services for a period of three years covering financial years 2024/25, 2025/26 and 2026/27 with the option to extend for two further one-year periods i.e. a maximum overall contract term of five years. The appointment is to be to a separate entity to Flagship’s current external auditor appointment in order to meet the standard requirement for independency.
