Tender description
The Council wishes, in view of the Contractor's relevant skills, knowledge and experience to engage the Contractor to provide BMS services to the Council. The Contractor is willing to provide such BMS services to the Council on and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Terms and conditions of the Council will supersede all terms and conditions requested or submitted by the Contractor.
