1.1Location: Pembroke Broadway, Arnold Walk and Camberley Town Centre High Street, Camberley, GU15 3XD 1.2The works include; The delivery of Ashwood House Public Realm Works including Arnold Walk and High Street Remedials The construction works covers a range of highway, civil engineering, hard landscaping and remedial/improvement works as follows (but not limited to): Ashwood House / Pembroke Broadway -Co-ordination of Bus Stop removals and installation (by others) -Partial carriageway resurfacing works -Footway resurfacing -Tactile crossing points -Kerbing realignment -Installation of street lighting -Installation of street furniture and bollards -Installation of signage Arnold Walk -General site clearance -Resurfacing works to Northern end of Arnold Walk -Cleaning of existing facades -Painting of external faces of the concrete over bridges -Architectural lighting to u/s of over bridge soffits -Painting of Car Park façade -Designated surface applications Lot 1: 1.2The works include; The delivery of Ashwood House Public Realm Works including Arnold Walk and High Street Remedials The construction works covers a range of highway, civil engineering, hard landscaping and remedial/improvement works as follows (but not limited to): Ashwood House / Pembroke Broadway -Co-ordination of Bus Stop removals and installation (by others) -Partial carriageway resurfacing works -Footway resurfacing -Tactile crossing points -Kerbing realignment -Installation of street lighting -Installation of street furniture and bollards -Installation of signage Arnold Walk -General site clearance -Resurfacing works to Northern end of Arnold Walk -Cleaning of existing facades -Painting of external faces of the concrete over bridges -Architectural lighting to u/s of over bridge soffits -Painting of Car Park façade -Designated surface applications to bitmac surfacing (as indicated in Volume 3) -Wayfinding installations -Installation of bins, street furniture and mirrors to eliminate blind spots -Installation of new street lighting -Installation of backing panel for future artwork (by others) -Cleaning of existing drainage infrastructure and replacement manhole covers / frames Pembroke Broadway footway (adjacent Duke of York Pub) -Take up, set aside and relay a portion of the existing block paving (as indicated in Volume 3) -Resurfacing works -New tactile crossing point -Cleaning of existing drainage channels -New manhole cover and frames High St. Remedials -Removal and replacement of damaged / defective paving slabs -Removal and Replacement of damaged / defective kerbing -Bollard installations -Handrail remedial works -Bench replacements -Remedial works to High St. Gate -Procurement and delivery of paving slabs and kerbs as attic stock for Client storage (as future spares) Full details can be found in the Scope included within Volumes 2, 2A & 3 of the Tender Documents 1.3The Site Information The site information includes full details of the existing layout of the works area and the adjacent surrounding areas including: •Existing Topographical Survey •Existing Underground Services including GPR surveys •Health & Safety File for previously completed High Street works (including ‘as built’ services information) Full details can be found in the Site Information included within Volume 5 of the Tender Documents.
