24/013 - Sewer Jetting, Tank Cleaning and CCTV surveys

Tender description

Uisce Éireann intends to tender a Multi-Party Framework Agreement (by establishing a Qualification System or through conducting an Negotiation Procedure with prior call for competition) for provisions of Sewer Jetting and Tank Cleaning to Uisce Éireann. The proposed competition shall consist of 5 Lots. Lots 1 -4 (Multi Party Framework Agreement) may be further subdivided into sublots based upon business needs. It is proposed that Lot 5 will be a Multi-Party Framework Agreement on a national basis. There is no restriction on the number of Lots an applicant can apply for. The breakdown of the proposed Lots is as follows: Waste Water asset cleaning • Lot 1 Sewer Jetting and Cleaning, • Lot 2 Waste Water Pipework, tank and vessel cleaning.(The Lifting of Pumps and all associated works will be included withing the Scope of Requirements for Lot 2). Drinking Water asset cleaning • Lot 3 Cleaning, flushing and disinfection of pipelines in the Water distribution network, • Lot 4 Water tank, vessel and reservoir cleaning CCTV • Lot 5 – CCTV Operational Surveys and Reporting. Each Lot will be evaluated and awarded separately. Successful applicants will be formally appointed to take on the roles and responsibilities of Project Supervisor Design Phase (PSDP) and Project Supervisor Contract Stage (PSCS).
