SOCIAL CARE PROVIDER LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT ACCREDITED TRAINING PROGRAMME

Tender description

The Council requires a detailed bespoke Leadership Programme for all social care provisions across Southend-on-Sea, resulting in all participants receiving accreditation through a university/institute that is endorsed by Skills for Care. \r The Provider must deliver an in person face-to-face programme for up to 36 Social Care Leaders. The room will be provided by the Council and will be in Southend-on-Sea. \r The Provider will deliver a programme that includes but is not limited to the following: \r • Relationship with self as leader and resilience \r • Leading others\r • Leading through change\r • Management and Leadership skills and professional confidence\r • Capacity and skills of leaders to support staff development and wellbeing\r • Coaching approaches to management and leadership \r • Resilience and skills in delivering complex communications (Dealing with difficult \r • conversations / managing conflict /performance management /supervision) \r • Problem-solving and Decision making\r • Emotional intelligence practice \r • Workforce planning \r • HR/Employment law\r \r Participants will be identified by the Council and will be from a mix of Social Care services, particularly new leaders and those that may have skill gaps within their leadership/management skills and ability. \r \r All documents and further information relating to this quotation can be found on Proactis
