Simulator on Bournemouth Pier Approach

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) seeks tenders for a Concession opportunity for the operation of a high-quality mobile Simulator attraction on Bournemouth Pier Approach. Often referred to as the "Gateway to the Seafront", the Pier Approach is the entry point for most visitors to the beach. As such footfall is extremely high and the concentration of attractions and proximity to local transport routes ensure that there is a constant public presence in the area.\\r\r The simulator should offer a fresh and exciting simulated experience.\\r\r \\r\r The anticipated start date of the contract is 25th March 2024.\\r\r \\r\r The contract will be for 30 months and the simulator will be on Bournemouth Pier east of the pier building , site details can be found in Appendix 2. In return for the agreement the operator will pay a sum to the Council in each year for the right to operate the concession.
