Catering Service Concessions for Maynooth University

Tender description

The Contracting Authority is awarding concession agreements for the operation of four catering concessions on Campus. (Please refer to 5.2 for information regarding specification). The form of contract entered between the Contracting Authority and the successful tenderer to govern the catering services will be a concession agreement. A draft lease agreement to be entered into with the successful tenderer is included in Appendix 4. Tenderers are required to review these terms and conditions and indicate their acceptance thereof as part of their tender response. Any reservation with regard to these terms should be submitted as a query via the questions and answers facility on www.etenders.gov.ie. The Contracting Authority is conducting this competitive process in a single stage negotiated procedure. In the first instance, tenderers are required to respond in full to this Invitation to Tender document. All tender submissions not eliminated under the Minimum Selection Criteria (Part 1) contained in Appendix 3 - Tender Response Document will be evaluated against the award criteria and weightings contained in the Tender Response Document and Section 6 of this document.
