The Vine - Goods Shed F&B Developer/Operator

Peterborough City Council (PCC) is running a procurement exercise to find an operator for the Goods Shed in the Fletton Quays area of Peterborough. PCC is set to complete the acquisition of the site in January 2024 and has secured funding to redevelop this asset into a new, F&B facility for the area, to provide amenity for the growing student population and new residential and office tenants Please download and review the "The Goods Shed - Info Pack" document for more information concerning the requirement. Providers who are interested in Tendering for this Contract are invited to submit an Expression of Interest. The deadline for submitting an Expression of Interest is 25 January 2024, however, this is purely to help the Authority gauge interest in the Procurement, and is not being used to create a shortlist for a two-stage procurement. All economic operators will be able to submit a Bid when the Tender is live, regardless of whether they submitted an expression of interest or not. Additionally, the Authority would be grateful if interested providers could please compete and submit the Interested Provider Feedback Form as part of their Expression of Interest.
