Provision of a Youth Justice Board CMS

Tender description

Southend on Sea City Council is seeking to engage with Potential Providers to gain realistic and practical information relating to the provision of a case management assessment and recording system for Southend City Council Youth Justice Service. The case management system (CMS) needs to be compliant with the Youth Justice Boards specifications and accreditation, which includes ASSETPLUS assessment and case recording functionality and compliant with relevant criminal justice legislation. The system also needs to connect to the Youth Justice Board (YJB) for relevant Key Performance Indicator data submissions. This exercise is to inform the forthcoming tender opportunity, as well as assisting with scoping its specification on the preferred service model for this provision.
