Procurement of Managed Taxi Services

Tender description

Govia Thameslink Railway Limited (GTR) tendered to procure a single supplier for the provision of Managed Taxi services. GTR required a single Taxi service provider for their employees and customers across all 4 GTR brands of Great Northern, Southern, Thameslink & Gatwick Express and their associated regional geographies. Lot 1: Govia Thameslink Railway Limited (GTR) have awarded a single supplier the contract for the provision of Managed Taxi services. GTR required a single Taxi service provider for their customers & employees across all 4 GTR brands of Great Northern, Southern, Thameslink & Gatwick Express and their associated regional geographies. The procurement followed the UCR open procedure, which was split into two stages of evaluation, a selection questionnaire (SQ) stage and then an invitation to tender (ITT) stage. A contract notice was published to the Find a Tender service via the Delta e-sourcing portal. The Contract was awarded to the service provider that submitted the Most Economically Advantageous Tender. The Contract has been awarded for a duration of 51 months with optional extension provisions.
