PAN3004 - Leicester Domestic Abuse Dispersed Safe Accommodation

Tender description

Leicester City Council commissions a range of services to meet the local need for safe accommodation, as set out in https://www.leicester.gov.uk/your-council/policies-plans-and-strategies/public-safety/domestic-abuse-safe-accommodation-strategy/. Tenders are therefore invited for the provision domestic abuse dispersed safe accommodation services across Leicester. The Authority requires a broad array of accommodation and support types, that is flexible to individual need and changes in demand. Further information about the opportunity can be found in the tender documentation. Although a potential start date of 1 April 2024 has been provided, should a successful Supplier have the infrastructure in place to provide the services earlier, then the commencement date will be brought forward. Alternatively, to allow for mobilisation, the Authority shall also consider a delayed start of contract, however, in this event, this must commence by 1 June 2024 at the very latest. Therefore, the proposed Contract will be for a period of between 10 months to 12 months (dependent on Service Commencement Date) with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further 24 months to 31 March 2027 at the very latest.
