The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) has issued a Direct Award under the terms of Lot 4 Global Evaluation and Monitoring Framework Agreement (GEMFA) for the Evaluation of Health Systems Connect (HSC) Programme. The key outcomes for this Contract are: - External Evaluation Inception phase: - Review of the monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) plan with the HSC team and make recommendations to align the programme MEL plan to the Suppliers planned Endline Evaluation. - Submission of the Endline Evaluation plan. - External Evaluation Implementation Phase: - Endline Evaluation and the associated reporting and consultation. Following further evaluation, the direct award was awarded to Nathan Associates London Limited.
