Tender description
<p>The Council manages a wide range of diverse assets, from council housing and municipal offices to street lighting and CCTV. The council is seeking a Utility Bureau Management Service provider that will ensure that all charges for energy and water supplies to these assets are validated, correct and effectively managed.
