University of Plymouth - Heating and Cooling Carbonisation Plan

All Suppliers invited to this opportunity have passed the minimum requirements of the Procurement hub's Consultants OJEU Reference Number 2019/S 130-319565. University of Plymouth required Sustainability & Environmental Services consultants to create a more detailed Heating Decarbonisation Plan for some campus buildings, the scope of this work is to now be extended to include building cooling and all UoP buildings.
