Tender description

Delivery of Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) Training to Lincolnshire Children’s Services Residential Care Officers, and other relevant staff, who work directly with children across its Residential Homes. The purpose of the service to equip all Residential, and other relevant, Staff with the skills necessary to deliver a safe and therapeutic service to all children in its Residential Homes, using proven methods to de-escalate confrontations and avoiding, wherever possible, the use of physical intervention and restraint.
