The Provision of Cleaning Services

The University of Birmingham require the Provision of Cleaning services mainly for Student Halls of Residences' including Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms, Complete Flats, Carpets and Upholstery, Internal and External Stairwells and Emergency and Out of Hours working. Lot Lot 3 Bedroom and Bathroom Cleaning: Lot 3 The University of Birmingham has a requirement for looking for the Provision of Cleaning Services to Student Halls of residences’. This contract will be let in Lots and it is envisaged that we will awarded to more than one supplier.The Contract will be for a period of 4 years. Lot Lot 4 Internal and External; Stairwells and Lift Cleaning: Lot 4 4.1 The University of Birmingham has a requirement for looking for the Provision of Cleaning Services to Student Halls of residences’. This contract will be let in Lots and it is envisaged that we will awarded to more than one supplier.The Contract will be for a period of 4 years. Lot Lot 5 Cleaning Complete Flats: Lot 5 4.1 The University of Birmingham has a requirement for looking for the Provision of Cleaning Services to Student Halls of residences’. Lot Lot 6 Special Cleans and Cleaning for Emergency Call Out: Lot 6 4.1 The University of Birmingham has a requirement for looking for the Provision of Cleaning Services to Student Halls of residences’.
