T0410 Support for TDM Toolkit

Tender description

The TDM Toolkit has been developed and hosted by Arup since its inception some four years ago. The Toolkit is the repository for resources on TDM such as advice and guidance, case studies, TDM plan templates, literature and academic material. The Toolkit has undergone a major update with many new additions and will be launched within National Highways and to stakeholders in early June 2022. It has been agreed that the Toolkit is now sufficiently matured to move to the National Highways I.T. Customer Journey suite of products. This proposal will allow support from Arup to continue to host and maintain the Toolkit until migration is achieved, which is anticipated to occur by or before March 2023.
