Restorative Justice Services in Kent and Medway

Tender description

This is a request for market engagement on behalf of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Kent who will be commissioning a restorative justice service to support victims. Lot 1: Prior to releasing the tender opportunity to the open market, the Procurement Team are requesting information from providers who are interested in providing this Service. We would like to draw on provider’s knowledge and experience of the current market and any challenges currently experienced for similar or the same service type of service. The responses will be used to assist us in the development of our final specification for the service. We will also be holding an on-line market engagement event on 23 March 2023 and please respond if you wish to be invited.<br/><br/>Restorative justice brings those harmed by crime and those responsible for the harm into communication with each other, enabling everyone affected by a particular incident to play a part in repairing the harm and find a positive way forward. It offers victims an opportunity to be heard, to ask questions of the offender, and to have their say in the resolution of harm caused.
