Tender description
The type of contract to be awarded is a contract for services for the provision of up to 16 residential care home placements for 24 hours per day 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year. The placements are for adults (i.e. aged 16 and above) with assessed needs, some of whom may have physical and/or learning disabilities/mental health problems. Procurement of social and other specific services in accordance with Section 7 (Regulations 74 - 76) Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
