Tender description

The type of contract to be awarded is a contract for services for the provision of up to 16 residential care home placements for 24 hours per day 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year. The placements are for adults (i.e. aged 16 and above) with assessed needs, some of whom may have physical and/or learning disabilities/mental health problems. Lot 1: Procurement of social and other specific services in accordance with Section 7 (Regulations 74 - 76) Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Additional information: Tenderers must provide residential services fully compliant and registered with the Care Inspectorate. The premises must also be registered with the Care Inspectorate Tenderers must complete and return the Single Procurement Document (SPD) for exclusion and selection criteria All those complying with the SPD and other requirements as specified in this Contract Notice with be considered
