Procurement of Architect Led Full Integrated Design Team & PSDP / Principal Designer Services for Development of Cross-Border Innovation Plazas in Ballyshannon and Irvinestown

Donegal County Council, working in close association with Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, are inviting Architect Led Full Integrated Design Team & PSDP/Principal Designer Services to undertake the following assignment with a view to developing cross-border innovation plazas (1no. located in each jurisdiction), providing state of the art facilities, to support business development and innovation in Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal and Irvinestown, Co. Fermanagh: 1. Business case/ Economic appraisal to assess economic viability, option analysis, potential return on investment, governance and operational arrangements of each facility. 2. Scoping and Feasibility Study to assess potential development sites to house the new Innovation Plazas. 3. Statutory planning consent schemes for both Innovation Plaza projects which will emerge from the above studies.
