<p>Bury Council is seeking competitive tenders from competent and experienced modular building suppliers/contractors to provide a full turnkey service for the RIBA stages from design, supply, installation and completion of a permanent new single storey modular building and associated works for a new Modular SEN Building Unit together with associated works at Woodbank Primary School in Brandlesholme, Bury.</p> <p>Bidders will be required to demonstrate that they meet minimum criteria including :</p> <p>&nbsp; • Demonstrating acceptable health &amp; safety accreditation i.e. recognised by SSIP</p> <p>• Holding the necessary NICEIC registration / or contractor’s subcontractor must have this qualification.</p> <p>• Demonstrate experience of working in the public sector or bodies of a similar nature.</p> <p>• Hold sufficient insurance provisions for public liability and employer’s liability (£5m).</p> <p>Submissions due no later than 12:00 on <strong>Monday 20th March</strong></p> <p>Project No: E22308</p> Keywords: construction
