Tender description

In line with the NPCCD Invitation to Tender, the supplier will provide business-as-usual (BAU) support and maintenance for the NPCCD service across Medical, Ophthalmic and Dental workstreams. This includes operating a service desk during core business hours, managing user onboarding/offboarding and role-based access, triaging and resolving incidents in accordance with an agreed escalation model, correcting data issues where appropriate, and providing ad hoc reporting and service performance information Lot 1: The procurement was undertaken via an Invitation to Tender under the Scottish Government Digital Technology and Cyber Services DPS (Lot 1). Two tender responses were received and evaluated in line with the published award criteria; overall scores were close, demonstrating a competitive outcome.
