Tender description
Cork City Council in partnership with Transport Infrastructure Ireland propose to carry out the appraisal and options selection of the N40 Ten T Transport Infrastructure Improvement Project. The services to be provided include but are not limited to all services necessary and desirable for the purposeful management and delivery of Phase 1 (Concept and Feasibility) and Phase 2 (Options Selection), of the Transport Infrastructure Ireland Project Management Guidelines PE-PMG-02041 (TII PMG), the associated Transport Infrastructure Ireland Project Appraisal Guidelines (TII PAG), Stage 1 and 2 of the Government's Public Spending Code 2019 (PSC) and Department of Transport Common Appraisal Framework (DoT CAF).
