Tender description

Roscommon County Council, Áras an Chontae, is located in Roscommon Town, County Roscommon. Services being tendered are for the annual maintenance of the mechanical building services. The floor area of the Áras an Chontae is approximately 6,500m2 of which the building comprises of ground floor, first floor and second floor. In all it contains office accommodation together with Council Chamber, laboratory, staff canteen and ancillary space. There is approximately 250 staff based at Áras an Chontae. Staff numbers may fluctuate during the term of the contract. The building has a wood pellet burner and gas boiler. It also contains Air Handling Units (AHU)/Chilling Units, a natural ventilation system and Building Management System (BMS). Roscommon County Council recommends that all Tenderers wishing to submit a Tender carry out a full site survey to ensure that Tenderers have a full understanding of the requirements of Roscommon County Council.
