However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The University is seeking to award the Supplier a contract, providing professional property consultancy and agency services. The contract will be called-off as the University strategy evolves, further details are provided in the Specification and General Design of Requirements. The contract will run from 1 May 2023 for 5 years until 30 April 2028 with the option to extend by a further 5 annual periods until 30 April 2033.
