Implementation guide for outcome measurement in Community MH services

Tender description

We are seeking to commission an external organisation to develop and write the detailed technical implementation guide for outcome measurement in community mental health services. The implementation guidance will cover the contextual background to the programme, the recommendations on Patients Reported Outcomes Measures (PROMs), expectations for implementation across the pathway including use cases and case studies, working with service users for effective implementation, measuring and monitoring through the Mental Health Services Data Set (MHSDS), improving data quality and reporting, guidance on use of IT and other special and technical considerations.
