Tender description

The North Ceredigion Cluster are seeking to commission the delivery of Mental Health services for young people’s mental health across the cluster area with a focus on young suicide prevention and support services. The cluster are looking to create a suicide safer community with the service provision initially for a 2-year period with an option to extend for a further 12 months should funding be available. The service will deliver against Welsh Government Talk to Me strategies to improve awareness, knowledge and understanding of suicide and self-harm amongst the public, deliver appropriate responses to personal crises, provide information and support to those bereaved or affected by suicide and self-harm, and continue to promote and support learning, information, and monitoring systems to improve understanding us suicide and self-harm in Wales.
