Tender description

Iarnród Éireann requires the services of competent contractors for the provision of Hazardous Waste Disposal Services. The requirement is split into Lots: Lot 1 – Container collections by lorry (IBCs, barrels, etc.) also to include contaminated soil removal Lot 2 – Tanker Truck services which covers: • Aqueous solution services by tanker truck (coolant, waste oil, oily water from interceptors, tank cleanings) & 24 hour response • Sewage services by tanker truck (biocycle units, septic tanks, train detanking) & 24 hour response (call outs) • Drainage investigations and CCTV services & 24 hour response (Call outs) Lot 1: Container collections by lorry inc contaminated soil Lot 1 - Container collections by lorry (IBCs, barrels, etc.) also to include contaminated soil removal Includes - Removal and disposal of the following waste materials and supply of appropriate containers for but not limited to: o Adhesives, Anti-freeze, Aerosol Canisters, Baggie Filters, Batteries (Lead Acid), Batteries (Dry Cell), Bio Waste, Brake Pads, Cleansers, Crater oil, Detergent, Empty Paint Cans, Empty Oil Barrels, Filters (dry/baggie), Fluorescent Tubes, Grease, Herbicide, Hoses / Hosing, Hover Bags, Lubricants, MPI Ink, Oil Filters, Oily Rags, Paint, Oily water (waste water), Paint Dust, Sand blasting grit, Seals, Shocks, Solvents/thinners, Used White Spirits, Waste Coolant (including anti-freeze and machine cutting coolant, Waste Oil, Waste Paint, Wax Remover, Wicks Lot 2: Tanker Truck services Lot 2 – Tanker Truck services which covers: • Aqueous solution services by tanker truck (coolant, waste oil, oily water from interceptors, tank cleanings) & 24 hour response • Sewage services by tanker truck (biocycle units, septic tanks, train detanking) & 24 hour response (call outs) • Drainage investigations and CCTV services & 24 hour response (Call outs)
