Tender description

FPHA wish to undertake a reserved tender to appoint a supported business to carry our grounds maintenance services to common open spaces and individual tenanted gardens of tenants that are part of our Garden Tidy scheme. FPHA wish to appoint a supported business to undertake our planned grounds maintenance services (predominately grass cutting). The areas in question are made up of common open spaces and over 100 individual gardens of our tenants that are part of the assisted Garden Tidy scheme.
