Framework for the provision of Legal Services to the University Sector

Tender description

A national framework for the provision of Legal Services to Universities (including the newly established national Technological Universities). The Framework will cover a broad and diverse range of legal service requirements ranging from routine and defined type services that are transactional in nature, to standard operational type services, and to high level strategic advices which may be of sectoral importance. The framework agreement will be divided into 6 lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. Each Lot will result in a separate framework agreement (each a “Framework Agreement”). Note: This list is a non-exhaustive list of the typical legal services practice areas that may, from time to time, be required by Framework Clients: • Lot 1 - Corporate, Commercial, Information, IP and Research Legal Services • Lot 2 - Estates Management & Capital Development • Lot 3 - Employment & HR • Lot 4 - Procurement & Competition • Lot 5 - University Affairs • Lot 6 - Multi-Disciplinary Legal Services
