Framework Agreement for the provision of cleaning services in schools

Tender description

The Authority conducted the procurement for schools cleaning services framework. The documents published were the pre-qualification and the Invitation to tender in conjunction with Document 5 specification – (primary schools and secondary schools) and framework agreement contracts which are applicable to the entire procedure. Approved list of providers was identified and invited unto the framework agreement following a thorough evaluation and internal governance clearance. Additional information: School Cleaning: 50% Price: 40% Quality: 10% Presentation (Inclusive of Social Value) For school cleaning, the price element will be evaluated at ‘call off’ stage as the cost of providing school cleaning is dependent on many factors such as the fabric of the building, floor coverings etc.
