Evaluation Partner - Social Impact of 2023/24 Major Events

Tender description

2023 and 2024 will see a series of Major Events hosted across the UK, each seeking to deliver positive change for the communities in which they are hosted by delivering a variety of social impact programmes and initiatives in the build up, during and beyond the respective events. The Events in question can be found in Appendix 1. A comprehensive evaluation is required across the events and their respective activities to understand the impact that they have had on their locality and success in delivery of their identified social outcomes. UK Sport now invites Tenders for the provision of evaluation services related to the Events' social impact activity in accordance with this ITT. As such, the following four events have developed Social Impact Action Plans, which aim to have a positive impact on the communities in which they're hosted, addressing key outcomes that have been identified as credible and authentic to their respective events: • UIPM Modern Pentathlon World Championships 2023 (Aug 2023) • ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships 2023 (Sep 2023) • FIG Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships 2023 (Nov 2023) • World Indoor Athletics Championships 2024 (Mar 2024) ***************************************************** Suppliers wishing to tender are requested to register their expression of interest by emailing Procurement@uksport.gov.uk
