Electrical Refurbishment Works to St Cynocs National School, Ferbane, Co. Offaly

St Cynos National School consists of 2 separate buildings. The Electrical Installations shall generally be replaced. • Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site of the existing electrical installations. • Supply and installation of new sub-distribution electrical boards in the original school buildings to replace the electrical boards that are to be decommissioned. See drawings for quantities of electrical boards to be supplied and installed. • Supply and installation of new power and general services throughout the original school buildings. This includes all new sockets, spurs, isolators, cabling, cable containment, etc. • Supply and installation of a new lighting & Emergency lighting installation throughout the original school. This includes all new lighting, emergency lighting, cabling, light switches, cable containment, etc. • Supply and installation of a new Fire Alarm installation throughout the original school buildings. This includes all new smoke detectors, heat detectors, break glass unit, cabling, cable containment, etc. • Supply and installation of some new cable containment throughout the buildings for the new electrical services as indicated on the drawings and detailed in the specifications. • All associated electrical works as indicated on the drawings and detailed in the specifications. • All builders’ works associated with the above. See ‘Builders Work Schedule’ in ‘Volume C1 – Pricing Schedule’ for further details. • Acting as Project Supervisor Construction Stage for the project. • Acting as COVID-19 Compliance Officer for the project. • All works will be carried out in compliance with current health and safety and COVID-19 regulations. • Any other works associated with the works as identified on the drawings and the specifications. • All other items as indicated in drawings and detailed in specifications.
