Buildings Energy Management Systems (BEMS) Trend System specialist to undertake the service and maintenance of the University's BEMS and associated systems and networks Lot 1: Buildings Energy Management Systems (BEMS) Trend System specialist to undertake the service and maintenance of the University's BEMS and associated systems and networks. There will also be a requirement for some new installation works up to pre-established values. The service and maintenance contract shall ensure the performance standard for the entire building control system is met, including delivered environmental conditions, plant operating efficiency and occupier comfort.
