Architect Led DesignTeam Consultancy Services for the carrying out of Conservation repair works, including Services Stages (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) at three Castles located at Terryland, Menlough and Merlin, Galway City Lot 264550: works: MenlConservation o castle, Doughiska Castle and Terryland castle and associated public realm OVERALL: The works overall will involve specialized heritage contracting, overseeing a mixture of conservation including new work, on three National Monuments. CONSERVATION: Conservation works comprising complex masonry consolidation, repairs and re-building on existing stonework new-build portion involving the introduction of new public access routes and points, bridges, lighting and a long term maintenance strategy for the castles. GENERAL: The works are subject to ministerial consent.
