Tender description
Replacement of all external windows with double glazed high spec upvc. Replace of all external doors, both DG aluminium and solid fire doors. Replace current boilers with air-to-water heat pumps or most suitable for the premises. BMS upgrade Replace current lighting with low energy lights. Installation of 11kW solar pv panels Replace fixed speed circulation pumps with variable speed pumps Lot 1: Window & Door Replacement Replacement of all external windows and doors to hight spec Lot 2: Heating upgrade Replacement of current boilers with air-to-water heat pumps or system most suitable to the building. BMS system Upgrade of radiators if necessary Lot 3: Lighting upgrade Replacement of current lighting with low-energy lights, throughout the building. Those requiring replacement are listed in table 6 of the energey audit. Installation of 11kWsolar pv panels Replacement of fixed speed pumps with variable speed pumps
