The Provision of Client Engineer Support for Heat in Buildings Investment Teams

Tender description

The Supplier will provide independent technical independent technical verification, financial monitoring and grant management advice and support of projects supported by Scotland’s Heat Network Fund, the Social Housing Net Zero Heat Fund, emission heat projects Green Public Sector Estate Decarbonisation scheme and subsequent funds and funding invitations launched by the Heat in Buildings Division. The Supplier shall review and monitor implementation and progress against grant milestones , the project programme; to monitor each project’s compliance with the terms and conditions of the grant funding letter and verify eligible expenditure against key project milestones.
