Historic Environment Scotland is seeking tenders from those with suitable experience to provide a Civil, Structural and Geotechnical Engineering consultancy service to support the maintenance and minor works projects for its Estate. Commissions relating to major capital works are normally let on a project specific basis but may be included within this agreement subject to the specific expertise required. Historic Environment Scotland is seeking tenders from those who may be interested to provide Civil, Structural and Geotechnical Engineering consultancy services to support the maintenance and minor works projects for its Estate as detailed in the tender documents. Tenders will be evaluated on a Price and Quality basis as detailed in the tender documents.
