Tender description
Derry City and Strabane District Council (DCSDC) requires catering for training and meetings across a number of Council venues. The Council venues that will require catering are: Council Offices Derry – 98 Strand Road BT48 7NN, Council Offices Strabane – 47 Derry Road BT82 8DY, Strahans Road Recycling Centre (Main Office) – Strahans Road, Strabane BT82 9SG, Foyle Arena – Limavady Road, Derry BT47 6JY, Skeoge Depot – Skeoge Industrial Estate, Beraghmore Road, Derry, BT48 8SE. For any one training session the number of delegates attending will be between 12 to 20 people. DCSDC organise training per quarter depending on the needs of the service. This may vary from 2-3 courses per month however some sections within Council may have additional requirements. For meetings the number of delegates will range from 8 to 20 people. These meeting will be of an ad hoc nature. Successful tenderers will be notified in due time of any upcoming requirements and will liaise with a named responsible officer.
