Servicing and Reactive Maintenance of CCTV Equipment 2023-2026

Carry out regular service maintenance and reactive maintenance to ensure that CCTV systems installed in Bield Housing and Care schemes continue to produce high quality clear images. Lot 1: Area 1 West Servicing and Reactive Maintenance of CCTV Equipment 2023-26 Bield Housing and Care is looking to put in place a contract to carry out regular service maintenance and reactive maintenance to ensure that CCTV systems installed in Bield Housing and Care schemes continue to produce high quality clear images. The schemes are detailed in the Schedule of Locations on the Public Contracts Scotland Procurement Portal. Tenderers are required to provide an updated CCTV equipment inventory for each scheme. The successful contractors will also provide a responsive call out service during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, for those properties for which a service contract is undertaken. The relevant reactive timescales are - Emergency requests to be responded to within 4 hours, Urgent requests to be responded to within 3 days, and Routine requests to be attended to within 20 days.
