RM6020 Call-off for Insurance Broker Service 2023 - 2026

Tender description

The procurement of an Insurance Broker, who in turn will identify and purchase insurance coverage for the following five areas on behalf of National Highways: - Asset Delivery Operational Fleet Insurance - Asset Delivery Long-Term Lease / Personal Use Insurance - Traffic Officer Service - Insurance Broker Services and Third-Party Motor Insurance - Directors & Officers' (D&O) Insurance - Hire Car Insurance Cover The existing policy is due to expire on 31/03/2023 therefore the new policy needs to enable coverage that expires 31/03/2023. This investment is required to protect the National Highway System from claims arising from incidents on company business or during operational duties. These are claims that may arise from road traffic collisions and other incidents during the journey itself that cause damage to a third-party vehicle or property. The contract length will be 3-years with an option to extend for a further year. This has been determined an appropriate length to achieve value for money.
