Purchase of Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer This is a specialist piece of Laboratory research equipment and there are no other suppliers available in the market to supply this type of equipment in the form factor required. The Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer (supplied by Keysight Technologies UK Limited) features a high reverse bias; noise floor below 1x10-12A, voltage up to 150V using a special HPSMU.
