Tender description
UL would like to invite tenders for the supply, implementation, maintenance and support of a Library Services Platform (LSP). This next generation system will enable the Glucksman Library to maximise potential efficiencies in both workflows and processes. UL expects this new system will provide a unified resource management approach to the full range of library services, and in particular, to the management of our collections in both print and online. Lot 1: SaaS cloud-based Library Services Platform The proposed solution must provide a Library Services Platform (LSP) with integrated management of the following functions: • Electronic resource management, • Acquisitions • Metadata management • Circulation • Document Delivery (ILL) • Inventory • Discovery • Analytics • Reports • Integrations
