Tender description

This is part of the strategic need of how we manage and implement change in the organisation. In Your Views, we are consistently marked down on how well SDS manages change so in response to this the Change, Assurance and Improvement Directorate in collaboration with Organisational Development are implementing a consistent approach to how change is managed in SDS. The ADKAR enablement license will allow us to own the Intellectual Property of the models and approaches to managing, leading and coping with change and all of the learning resources that is included in this.
