Legal Services are looking for a Process mapping consultant covering the following areas. Analyse processes design workflows sequence actions create and refine processes develop processes for obtaining the right instructions and monitoring files develop automated compliance checker/automated action checker within our existing Civica prepare and develop the digital tools to assist with file management processes file closing and completion etc. help build and develop the new Civica and make the best use of the tools available assist with the building of a library of styles and automated use of the same in Civica establish a ‘service’ ethos and branding Assist with migration capture outputs of horizon scanning efficiently and enable automated action reminders configure/build-on existing Civica tools to utilise automated reporting identify opportunities in the horizon scanning process consider ways to interface with wider Council remove blockages – develop complete circuits Help us develop the team to transform into the O Shaped Lawyer service Legal servcies has identified a need to change primarily the workstyle and approach to how the team manage their own files, case loads, internal clients and 3rd parties, how they approach overview of the committee reports, how they respond to EMES and FOI’s, and how they seek and obtain instructions, how they drive progress on files, draft their Legal Advice Notes etc. As such, I think we need a process mapping consultant who can assist the team to: Analyse processes design workflows sequence actions create and refine processes develop processes for obtaining the right instructions and monitoring files develop automated compliance checker/automated action checker within our existing Civica prepare and develop the digital tools to assist with file management processes file closing and completion etc. help build and develop the new Civica and make the best use of the tools available assist with the building of a library of styles and automated use of the same in Civica establish a ‘service’ ethos and branding Assist with migration capture outputs of horizon scanning efficiently and enable automated action reminders configure/build-on existing Civica tools to utilise automated reporting identify opportunities in the horizon scanning process consider ways to interface with wider Council remove blockages – develop complete circuits Help us develop the team to transform into the O Shaped Lawyer service
