The works are to be carried out in (2nr) phases all as noted on the Architect's drawing A-00-01 Rev F. Phase 1 will encompass: 1. the library works, 2. conversion of existing community room to form new graph.comm room and 3. conversion of existing graph room to form new technical workshop (s). Phase 2 will encompass: 4.new pamis and pe staff base works, 5. social area upgrade and 6,7,8 and 9. first and second floor classroom upgrades
