The project is the development of a play park -City of Belfast (Mallusk) Playing Fields The project is located at City of Belfast Playing Fields (Mallusk), Park Road, Mallusk BT36 4QN. See Annex 1 Location Plan. Project Scope - the project includes the following elements; • To construct an accessible and inclusive outdoor play facility for toddlers to mid-teens of approximately 0.25 acres, including furniture and play equipment (to include but not limited to an accessible swing with enclosure & 2 swings, a wheelchair access roundabout, a multiplay unit, seesaws and springers), ground preparation, safety surfacing, fencing, M& E services, drainage, landscaping, Pedestrian Visirail, 2 DDA car parking spaces
