Tender description
The Department for Communities (DfC) – Sport Northern Ireland requires a Contractor(s) to carry out strategic reviews of both Tollymore National Outdoor Centre and Sport NI’s Sports Institute. The contract will be divided into two lots: Lot 1 – Tollymore National Outdoor Centre (TNOC) Review and Lot 2 – Sport Northern Ireland Sports Institute (SNISI) Review. One Contractor will be awarded each lot however, there are no restrictions on the number of Lots a Tenderer can bid for or be awarded. Therefore, Tenderers may tender for one, or both Lots as they wish. Please see Specification for further information.
