Tender description
Kirklees Council is embarking on the re-procurement of the Kirklees Healthwatch contract. Local Authorities have a statutory duty to have a Healthwatch service in their locality (Section 221 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007, as amended by the Health and Social Care Act 2012). To support this, we would like to gain insights from the market regarding the current service specification, which will potentially inform any revisions of the specification, ahead of the re-procurement process. You are therefore invited to consider the current specification attached to this advert and complete the attached questionnaire to give us your feedback.
